Tom Ford Lipstick.

Ok! so I have been trying to find the TF lipstick campaign to post on here for a while and came across a sneaky picture in the April issue of Vogue. The collection is called 'Private Blend' and is going to be on the shelves from April 24th.

The tear sheet in the same issue was to show the colours that are going to be available and the packaging that will be used. Amazing? I think so!!

Granny Chic

I am currently part of a group project in a fashion management and Marketing brief at Uni.

We have come up with the idea of using 'Granny Chic' as our subject. Basically the idea behind it grew from the vintage trends, something we were considered but then felt it was an obvious answer and decided to take a different twist on it, becoming the idea of 'granny fashion'.

Our main idea is to collaborate with designers to create several designs of rainhoods that will appeal to the younger generation as well as the older generation. these will then be sold in high street stores, department stores and charity shops. The profits for this project (if all goes well) would then go towards the 'AgeUK' charity.

This was a shoot for friends I modelled for in a project they were doing. It was based on a collaboration with Candy Cakes and Emma Bell. The clothes were amazing. Not something i'd wear everyday but they were really different, which is something I can appreciate (apart from the fact of having to try and squeeze into a size 4-6, that wasn't so fun). There are pictures that the girls took on the day but i'll post those at a later date and when I can get my hands on them, but unfortunately for now you will have to make do with the terrible quality pictures taken on my camera phone.

Three For A Girl: Shoot

OK, so this was a shoot for a girl group called 'Three For A Girl' that I was asked to style for due to them bringing out a new album soon. Although I couldn't really get creative as I usually do I think it went well and the clothes themselves reflected the girls as personalities and as well as reflecting their music which is what was wanted. I didn't want to dress them in a Gagaesque style as it would of brought the wrong feel to the shoot. You get the point...

There will be more images as there were two looks with two different locations. Anyway there are a couple photos I snapped as the shoot was taking place:

Amazing? Absolutely. I actually said wow out loud when I saw the set design, and then saw the models were 'walking on water'. Nice one Karl.

TF: MWAH!

I know everyone is excited about the Chanel lipstick collection that has recently embraced the shelves of the counters, but personally I am more entrigued about Tom Ford's collection due April 24th 2010. I am actually having a hard time trying to find a picture of how this lipstick collection is going to look but I am unfortunately failing misarably. I'll keep you posted.
