The final videos and images produced from the 'We Crash' series. I had the job of styling two models for The Village Bicycle for The Collective with an amazing team. The first video is the days overview of both stores that were crashed on the day and the second video is the fashion film from the village bicycle.
Today I styled a live photo shoot for Reeme and Nina from The Collective on the second shooting of their 'We Crash' Series. A crew of 25 split in two and worked on a photo shoot and fashion film in Wolf & Badger whilst the other half of the team worked in The Village Bicycle. Both shops were filmed and streamed live to The Collective website. It was a very successful day and everyone seemed really happy with the results. Images and fashion film to be posted soon!
I met Finchittida Finch at the Blow Pr press days and fell in love with the necklace she was wearing which when chatting with her ended up being a piece from her jewellery collection. She is a London based textile designer and as of now is currently working with Fashion designer Avsh Alom Gur in East London. Her pieces will be featured in the ASOS A/W 2012 campaign. Finchittida's pieces are now available for purchase on ASOSMarketplace.
Shopping is always time spent wisely, and even more so when you can pick up bargain. So you can imagine how happy I was when I came across these baby's for £6.00!
My new favourite place. The Village Bicycle is a relatively new boutique set in the heart of Notting Hill. Its quirky interior and 'Day of the Dead' decor draws you in to all of the amazing pieces being sold and the humorous gift ideas. Stocking the likes of Ashish, Mark Fast, Felder Felder, Eleven Paris, and Jeremy Scott. The stores concept was inspired by the 60s shop Granny Takes a Trip which therefore has reflection on how the customer can again buy unusual items and beautiful clothes whilst being immersed in a contemporary, fun filled atmosphere of neon lights, candy skulls, and crucifix's.
My name is Lucy Emma Harris and I am a village bicycle.
