Photoshoot - Claudio Contrasti

Today I worked on a shoot for Claudio Contrasti, a hair stylist. I styled the shoot, with an amazing team of 5 models, a photographer and 2 make up artists and although I got off to a slow start it all worked out quite well in the end. The shoot took place in the Hilton by Edgware road, which is conveniently situated next to Claudio's salon 'Contrasti'. I took a few 'behind the scene photos' shown below. Lara Stone is the new face for Calvin Klein's campaigns, and not just the one line but every line. Calvin Klein, CK, and Calvin Klein Jeans will all be represented by the Dutch model through out the next season.

Graduate fashion show - UCA - Rochester

Yesterday was the second day of graduate fashion week, where Rochester UCA showcased there collections. There were a wide variety of design, fabric and taste (some not to my liking)and I found the show wasn't well executed, the models were all over the place, whilst two male models decided it was OK to start having a conversation on the catwalk. Overall the show was pretty good. Designers included Alex Oliver, Emma Box, Cherelle Reid, Steph Eyre, Desi Lazarova, Vicky Jolly and Rebecca Watson.

Lady Gaga - Alejandro - Music Video

Personally I found this video pretty disappointing, the song itself is not to my taste but what struck me was the lack of styling that had gone into it compared to her previous videos. Make your own judgements but I wasn't impressed.
